Cancelation Policy

Individuals

• Individual reservations canceled more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
• Individual reservations canceled less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund.
• No-shows or non-canceled tours will be charged the full amount.

Groups (10 or more)

• Group cancelations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Groups canceled less than 7 days prior to your scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund.

Rain

• It seldom rains in San Diego but if it does the Tours are canceled. You can re-schedule or receive a full refund.
